Why is it better to take vit d in this form? I have Metagenic ones.

When our intestines are inflamed with MC, we don't absorb vitamin D very well.

Sublingual products utilize lozenges that are designed to dissolve under the tongue, or liquids, where they go directly into the bloodstream. This completely bypasses the malabsorption problems in the intestines.

I have no idea what form of vitamin D is in the vitamins you named, but the label should show that information.
