Thank you, Gabes. It's nice to have options without the Soy. The one I've been taking is also Soy free. It's called Doctor's Best. The price for these is about $12 for 360 softgels. They are made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I was taking 5000 i.u., but they also come in 1000 or 2000 i.u.'s as well.

I dont do well with olive oil -so the now foods brand being rice based suited me better.

to this point i had not found affordable readily available soy free Vit E - and was getting them via the compounding pharmacy.
getting this product via iHerb will be 60% of the cost of what i was paying...

not all vitamin suppliers in the USA will ship to Aus. iHerb is very reasonably priced, orders arrive within 7 working days and only cost me $9 for postage.

having the two options is good - as there are many that can not tolerate rice and would prefer the doctors best product!
