The call and because of MC I am immobilized

I get a call that my mother in law has taken a turn for the worst. I eat a few crackers(bad) so I can take medication not on an empty stomach. I get home around five starving. Its almost twenty four hour hours since I hate real food. I grab anything which was totally bad. I can't risk going back to see my mother in law because I ate. I hate this disease.

So sorry to hear about your situation. MC is cruel. I've made similar slips due to having nothing quick on hand and have always paid the price. Wish there was something better I could say but know you aren't alone.
