I'm trying to remember to have a glass of water every morning with a teaspoon of ACV in it.

I took apple cider vinegar (organic) with water before breakfast each morning to regulate stomach acid, until I read somewhere here that since the vinegar is fermented, this is not good for us.

But, maybe I should start up again?

Lilia,
I started it, just 1/2 tablespoon, in the morning about 2 weeks ago, and am doing well with it. I also sip lemon water.

Glad to see apple cider vinegar tolerated by others. I've planned to try taking apple cider vinegar myself. I was going to buy some at the store last time there, but forgot! I'll have to make a grocery list. I've been reading a few books on fungal diseases recently, and I guess apple cider vinegar with its malic acid is considered by some one of the few beneficial fermented products for that.
