Vitamin D

I take a liquid form of vit D. Here lately I've noticed everytime I use it my throat gets tickly. It is made by Ortho Molecular Products and is Liquid Vitamin D3 with K2. The only other ingredient listed is medium chain triglycerides. Another mystery.... What do you guys have luck with... Thanks

I usually take Freeda allergen-free tablets.
