Perfect-Parfait-Perfetto-Perfekt!
Hi,
Today it’s 2 years and 8 days since I went gluten- and dairy/casein free.
It surely has been a bumpy road, but for the last week I’ve had perfect stools.
I wouldn’t claim that all is perfect, there are still some issues to correct as to pains in my legs and butt - but I’m happy, happy, happy!
From toilet visits up to 20-30 times day & night, I now have BMs twice in the morning.
Tomorrow I have an appointment with my GP, and there are 12 tablets left out of 100 in my Entocort-box. These will be taken every 5th, and then every 6th day until mid-June.
Now, I will tread carefully as to testing other foods other than the cooked broth & vegetables, and go slowly. As per Tex’ advice I started taking Zyrtec morning and evening 3 weeks ago, and will continue to do so at least for 4-5 weeks after having stopped Entocort.
All this is thanks to this wonderful board!
Imagine being able to take all cloths off during summer and not having to think of the ugly Psoriasis patches all over the body, and not having to look for a toilet everywhere I go.
It’s overwhelming
I keep my fingers crossed!
Lilia
