Strong result from magnesium
I started using magnesium spray about three weeks ago and noticed almost immediately that my levels of energy improved. Finding it hard to believe TBH. I've never been tested for any levels of anything. I spray it one like Gabes instructed. It stung like hell at first but now not anymore.
That's great news! I started to use a magnesium gel on the soles of my feet sometime back and it made a major difference in my sleep. I am now able to sleep through the night on most nights. I would also get cramps in my feet and they have pretty much stopped. When I do get one during the night I will put more magnesium gel on and the cramping will stop. I never thought about magnesium until I read about it here.

My dad used to get cramps in the middle of the night. My mother was startled on their honeymoon to have him jump out of the bed and run around the room!Marcia K wrote:That's great news! I have had great results with Magtein, and no D. I take it morning and night. Have noticed an increase in energy and better sleep.
