Strong result from magnesium

Post by Greengoddess »

I started using magnesium spray about three weeks ago and noticed almost immediately that my levels of energy improved. Finding it hard to believe TBH. I've never been tested for any levels of anything. I spray it one like Gabes instructed. It stung like hell at first but now not anymore.

That's great news! I started to use a magnesium gel on the soles of my feet sometime back and it made a major difference in my sleep. I am now able to sleep through the night on most nights. I would also get cramps in my feet and they have pretty much stopped. When I do get one during the night I will put more magnesium gel on and the cramping will stop. I never thought about magnesium until I read about it here.

My dad used to get cramps in the middle of the night. My mother was startled on their honeymoon to have him jump out of the bed and run around the room!

I find the foot soaks at night give me immediate relief of sore leg muscles and calms me.

I think the increased energy was one of the first things I noticed.... Which was a good indicator that I needed it....

Hope the improvements keep happening...

I was soaking my feet in Epsom salt every night (bad cramps in my hands) I stopped for 2 days and on the 3rd day my hand was cramping
just from eating with a fork. That proved it gotta have my mag every day.I also use the mag spray every morning.

I have had great results with Magtein, and no D. I take it morning and night. Have noticed an increase in energy and better sleep.

I've never noticed anything from taking magnesium or soaking in Epsom Salts. I still supplement with it anyway, and use mag oil as my deodorant.
