Remission with only ELISA test?? do I need to do Enterolab?

Remission with only ELISA test?? do I need to do Enterolab?

HI All,
I got my IgE and IgA ELISA test back and I'm curious if anyone has used this testing to get back into remission or if everyone has ended up doing the Enterolab kit after all. If you have been able to get your life back with just the ELISA testing I'd be curious what your approach was.

I have so many Allergens that I've enlisted the help of our Dining manager with a special area of dietary needs here where I work to help me figure out a few food grouping ideas to help me start my elimination diet.
