1/7/06 Day 1
Breakfast:
Small glass of V8 juice
3 cups coffee w/fat free creamer
1 over medium egg
1 slice of breakfast ham
Lunch:
2 cups of broccoli/cauliflower w/1 tsp Heart smart butter, salt, pepper
3 slices of 98% fat free shaved turkey breast
Snack:
1 dill pickle
Dinner:
Top loin steak cooked in sauteed onions, mushrooms in virgin olive oil
salad w/fat free cheese, green onions, radishes, green peppers in red wine vinegarette dressing
1 fat free strawberry jello cup
Drinks:
Peach flavored sparkling water (I found a replacement for the cream soda) YIPPIE 3 12-oz glasses so far today
According to the South Beach diet I should have had a mid morning snack. I am finding that eating like this makes me feel that I am pigging out but am assured that I am eating like I should.

Tuesday 10th
Breakfast:
2 cups coffee w/lite creamer (powdered)
2 small breakfast egg muffins (see receipe below)
1/2 bottle v8 (individual size)
Snack:
fat free jello
Lunch:
1/2 can rinsed green beans (canned) sprayed w/I can't believe it's not butter spray)
Dinner:
Balsalmic Chicken with lemon pepper seasoning cooked in olive oil
1 cup frozen veggie soup w/o meat
Desert:
1 sugar free fudgepop
Breakfast bar receipe
5 large eggs beaten
1/2 lb turkey sausage browned w/onion
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 cup mushrooms chopped
1 cup (or less) fat free cheddar cheese
(turkey bacon can be used instead of the turkey roll. Crumble the bacon into the egg)
brown turkey sausage in pan w/onion and green pepper until pink is gone. Mix w/egg
Spray muffin pans w/cooking spray (i used olive oil - lightly)
pour mixture into pans and sprinkle w/fat free cheese
Bake 350 for 20 minutes
Place in plastic bag in fridge. Remove and heat in micro until hot!
