Donna,

I suppose the fuzzy appearance is due to the "shadow" effect of that font. It might be better off with a "shadowless" font, such as this one (Poster Bodoni BT):

Here's an idea suggested by Jessica (if I carried out her suggestions correctly):

I like the top one of the post with two graphics.

I like the one at the top of this page. I think the circles look too busy. Deb

I like the design of the one at the top of this page, but prefer the thinner font that this same design had on the first page.

I too think the three circles is too busy.

I LOVE your design. It's clean and attractive. The circles are looking a bit busy.

Tex,
I like the one circle/disc that is tilted. It's simple and classy....just like us!

Although I like the three circles design, I like the slanted circle design better.

I like the one at the top of the page with the thinner font. I too find the three circles to be too busy and looks like the Olympic rings.

OK, so this one seems to be the most popular, so far:

Really like this logo! Maybe some quote under it like “Wherever the art of Medicine is loved, there is also a love of Humanity. ” or “A wise man should consider that health is the greatest
of human blessings, and learn how by his own
thought to derive benefit from his illnesses.”

I am late to the game, if you are still taking comments about the design. I definitely like the single circle design, the last one created
slanted circle , one suggestion, if the foundation name was in bolder print as well as the circle or just the foundation name in bold with the circle faded instead, our name needs to stand out more , just my two cents worth..... and probably alone in that observation ha! or maybe already has been suggested. thanks Tex for all you do for us. have a great day.

I saw someone suggested a Microscope which could be kind of cool and still use that big C. Maybe put Microscopic Colitis and then under the logo say something maybe like "too small to be seen by the naked eye but kicks a powerful punch" or something.
