So how do we increase MT?

Increase zinc or what? This is very interesting information....I've often wondered what us Ladies have been lacking when our estrogen levels go up an down and why the increase in diarrhea...now it appears this info is onto something. If I had understood this theory long ago I may have saved myself lots of grief and had supplemented my body better, apparently it was giving me signals that the lining of my intestine was being compromised way back when.....

Thanks Gabes!
