Carol Ann,

Unfortunately the printed version will never be in the conventional book stores. If you have a digital reader, or an iPad or other electronic reading device, you can buy a digital version to download at Barnes & Noble for example, but I doubt that they will ever stock the printed version. The printed version is only available from Amazon, or Createspace, over the Internet.

That said, it's possible that some day you might find it at a store that sells used books, but it would probably be a rare find.

I did the gluten free over a year Tex.
Was very Strict.
It never improved my problem.

I bought all the food.
It cost me a lot over the year.
Had my own board to prepare on.
So no contamination.

So I have to go this way eating . My food choices.

I am eating 12 items and so far. No diarrhea.

I feel really good. I even got out and took photos.

As I was almost house bound. With the diarrhea.

Carol Ann,

I understand. I did the gluten free diet for over a year and a half, without any remission, but as soon as I also cut out all of my other food sensitivities I was in remission in less than 2 weeks. Since most of us also have other food sensitivities, we have to avoid all of them in order to allow our gut to heal. But most of us find that after we have followed a strict diet for a year or so after we are in remission, our intestines will slowly heal and we can usually begin to add certain foods back into our diet. Of course we will always react to the foods that cause our immune system to produce antibodies, but after enough healing time, most of us can begin to add back foods such as raw fruits and vegetables, and nuts and certain grains.

It's good to see that you are feeling better and able to get out of the house to enjoy your hobbies again.
