I had a wonderful day - actually, we were at the beach (Rehoboth Beach, DE) on my bday - what could be better than that? Had dinner at an Italian restaurant: grilled artichokes in olive oil appetizer and spaghetti sauce over the GF pasta I took with me.

Hi, Polly. Happy belated birthday! I haven't had internet service for almost 2 weeks so I'm on behind. Glad you had a nice time at the beach. My husband always went to Rehoboth when he was growing up. Thanks for all that you do for this board!
