New Tricycle

Post by Liz »

Went & bought a new tricycle yesterday, a beautiful blue one. Will post pic.
Have to learn how to handle it though. It seems to want to go to the gutter all the time. Probably because of the camber of the road. Much better than two wheels though. Feel a lot more secure.

Love

Haven't been on it today. It is raining (about time). Can't wait to have another go. Even got a little number plate with my name on it attached to the basket at the back. I will be careful though, definately no gutters. If I look like heading for one I just put the brakes on. Saves running into trees on the footpath.

Daughter Jane had a ride on it yesterday & was flying up & down the street so it must just be my nervousness, holding on too tight perhaps. Image

Have to learn how to relax.

Woah! Move over Evil Knievel. LOL.

Have fun, but do learn how to stay out of that gutter, (the gutter is for folks who drink while driving).

Love,

Liz,

Now I want one! Hope you will be able to loosen up a bit (not like the people Wayne spoke of, of course) and enjoy that tricycle.
Funny how everything goes in circles in the lifespan, isn't it?

Have fun!
Yours, Luce

You can be sure I will be very, very careful & try to keep away from anything that I could possibly fall up,over into or down & that includes gutters & trees. Thought of getting training wheels for my old bike Lucy but though that it would look a bit funny for a a 64 going on 65 year old lady to have them.  no matter how young at heart. And Wayne, I would not like to get picked up by the local constabulary for being inebriated in charge of a tricycle.
