What foods did Enterolab tell you are safe? Of course I did the tests several years ago, and they were not as up to date as the are now. However, potatoes was one of the few foods to which I had NO reaction. On the MRT potatoes are also a lowish green. So I have eaten potatoes constantly.
However, after all these years I am still not really healing. My BMs are formed, but floating. I get constipated so I use lactulose. LDN has really helped the fatigue and body pain immensely. Not gone, but way better. Still bloating though, with discomfort, though no noise.
After I came back from Israel with a UTI I was given macrobid, which triggered worse D than I have had since this started. Took me a LONG time to make my way back to formed BMs that float.
This is where I seem to stay. No matter what I do. I tried to eat lamb, potatoes, gluten free oats (non reactive on enterolab) and coconut products exclusively for a month or more and got back to where I was before the trip, and am now. I add in foods (cooked veggies, duck eggs) and nothing seems to move me from my current levels.
I have been trying mangoes (low green on MRT) and things still stay the same.
So, this is where I seem destined to remain.

I notice that you showed only slight sensitivity to oats on your EnteroLab test results. However, most of us here are sensitive oats. Oats usually cause a weaker reaction than wheat, but they are still a problem for most of us. Are you still eating oats? They might be the reason for persistent bloating, pain, and fatigue. That said, they would be more likely to cause D than C, but of course the oats could be causing bloating, pain, and fatigue, while the C might be a result of the after effects of polio. Have you tried doing without oats for a while?

Tex has posted my enterolab results. I always experienced setbacks from 'unknown' sources until I discovered lectins and then the puzzle came together. I am great as long as I stick to low carbs and foods that are cooked at high temperatures (deep fried) or fermented.
I suggest you try lowering the carb intake (particularly for any 'gluten free' products).
