Hey Hockey Freak!

Alanna and Alan go to lots of Aces's games here and go crazy with the rest of the crowd. I like to go sometimes, if I've had a mellow day but the drive in is about an hour and the drive home seems like two hours.

Hope your having fun. Who won?

Love,
Joanna

4 - 1 for Vancouver! Which is pretty impressive becuase Buffalo is pretty hot right now, and we're not!

It was a good game.

Ron and I like to get together with friends and go see the Junior A team games...the arena is walking distance from our place and the ticket prices are great.

Hope you and Alanna (and Alan, of course) are doing well. Days getting any longer yet?

Love
Peg

Hey Pegster,

Yeah, the days are getting longer but it's hard to notice it. Were gaining 4 minutes and 45 seconds now. Sunrise this morning at 9:48am and Sunset at 4:33pm. A big whopping 6 hours and 45 minutes of daylight.

We get very little direct sunlight at our home during this time because of the mountains- I think that's why it bothers me so much since I work out of the house alot.

NICE to be within walking distance of a hockey rink! While my son was still home we diligently kept a rink plowed here for him to use with his friends. Hockey is a BIG thing here for the school kids.

Love,
Joanna
