If I recall correctly, the interpretation from Dr. Fine that comes with the test results suggests a plan similar to what you are considering. IOW, some of those +1 foods may or may not be major problems, and you may well be able to tolerate some (or even most) of them, especially if you either test them in your diet, or rotate them in your diet. That's why they are ranked in the results. There's more than one way to skin this cat, and we have to settle on a diet that we can live with while still controlling our symptoms well enough to allow our gut to heal. Especially after you heal, there is a much better chance that you may be able to tolerate many of those foods in the lower categories, even if you have to limit them during the recovery period.Bearcat wrote:The gluten, dairy and egg aspect I can deal with.
