Autoimmune Protocol, Wahl
Has anyone tried it? Since almost everything the AIP doesn't allow are things I am allergic to/have MC reactions to anyway, I was thinking of ditching dairy & chocolate (cries inside) and giving it a serious go to try to get the 7 week flare I've been stuck with to cool down.
Water water everywhere, but not a drop to drink.
