At last, some good news! I contacted FedEx who say that they are able to ship the sample to Enterolab so I'm happy now that I know. Thanks for all your advice. FedEx were the only one who said that they could do this. I tried DHL, UPS as well as a few others and FedEx was the one to say that they could ship. Clemmie

As I wrote in my response to your other thread, I suspect the problem at those other companies is not so much the company rules, as the problem of employing workers who do not understand the rules, and who are either too lazy or too incompetent to find out exactly what the rules actually say.

But all's well that ends well, so kudos to FedEx.
