I Said To the GI.. It Will Be microscopic. So pls take biopsies.
Again.. My feeling is right.
Calprotectin test was 107 At 30 Days of disease onset.
SO.. It's deffinitly IBD.
Biopsy Will say microscopic colitis.

Anyway..
I found This forum fast and doing soms diet!

I eat mainly meat.. Beef,pork,lam,Turkey.
Also i eat lost of applesauce.
Everyday gluten Free bread.
Rice with bacon and eggs.
If i eat veggs.. I BBQ them!
I also eat Fish sometimes.
And French fries in moderation! Gluten Free beef fat!

I dont eat fruits and fibers anymore!

That diet should work OK unless you happen to be sensitive to any of the meats (or eggs). If you are feeling better already, that's definitely a good sign.

Good luck. I hope that you continue to feel better each day.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

Ken
Main aim at the moment is minimising inflammation and letting the gut heal...

down the track, as healing happens, you can try some safe ingredients...

weather the diagnosis comes back as MC or not, the longer you let good healing happen, the better things will be for the long term...

If you get well on this diet, then it's good. We are all a bit different in what we can eat. I was also able to eat nuts ( except peanut), Chex cereals with almond milk, avocados, and olives.
