Good luck Sheila,

My bifocals are in my glasses which I only wear in the early morning and before bed. I'm not behind a computer all day anymore so it's not too bothersome. I was told to wear cheaters along with my contacts. I said no way. They laughed and said someday I will. I believe them!

Thanks, Deb

Chris, I finally remember you telling me about NAC Sustain last year. I bought it and discovered that it contains sulphur. According to a pair of methylation cycle abnormalities, I don't process sulphur correctly. I called Jarrow and they told me that the sulphur was used in processing and wouldn't bother me. I was afraid to trust what they said and didn't take the NAC Sustain.

I just bought regular NAC and will take it 3 times a day along with Magnesium glycinate. I'm trying to find out more about NAC Sustain from iherb and hope to hear back soon. I don't see sulphur mentioned in the ad for it.
