I did splurge and have a little treat yesterday and today, and it hasn't bothered me at all. Luna and Larry's Coconut Bliss brand is gluten free, soy free, and dairy free. There are nuts in many of the flavors, but the Naked Coconut is really to die for. I figured it was the safest one for right now. I didn't have the bars but the one that comes in the pint. I haven't had anything cold like that or sweet in about 2 months. It really tasted good.
