Jari, as tex mentions.... Methylation is a very complex area....
I normally suggest to people with multiple AI issues, and/or those Struggling to get good management of MC symptoms after extended period to investigate methylation issues.

In the early stages of healing, approaching methylation fixes too fast could undo the healing process...

Regardless of actual methylation results, taking the active forms of the B's in the levels suggested by Tex is beneficial to anyone...

Take it slow.... We can't 'fix' everything at once....
For now, bland diet, minimising triggers, good healing is best approach....
