I finally found what looks like a good product, Life-Flo Pure Magnesium Oil. (magnesium chloride brine) I've been using it about a week, and have had no problems or reactions. I started using 5 sprays on 1 lower leg, next day, other, same with thighs 3rd & 4th days.
Directions say 4-5 sprays give 66 mg of elemental magnesium, which I think is no way near enough. Per teaspoon is 560 mg, which sounds much more beneficial.
I've read a lot of posts on this subject (thanks, Gabes, our resident expert!) and wonder if it is best to try to spread it out throughout the day, or just try to rub 1 t on the body in the morning and forget it. I've read that night time application might help with sleep, which would be most welcome.
Thanks,
Beverly

Bev,
I spread the applications through the day, mostly so I can get high doses via the spray... Ie 500mg elemental magnesium per day
Night time application helps with neck pain/nerve pain in my arms and hands to motivate restful sleep.
