Foods for Inflammation

Post by jlbattin »

I thought this was an interesting article that listed 21 foods that reduce pain and inflammation. Many of them I can't eat, but if you can, go for it!

Ladies
keep in mind that there are different types of inflammation and what works for histamine inflammation may not work for viral inflammation...

like MC is not like other IBD's
what works for other types of inflammation may not work for MC type inflammation reactions...

there is alot of 'hype' about inflammation at the moment and lots of articles etc. use discernment, go cautiously

You're right, Gabes. I read so many articles that work for other people but I know they won't work for me because we are dealing with a very different situation. When I read posts written by people who are whining when all they can't eat is gluten I have to laugh. Wouldn't that be a walk in the park?!
