Coconut Candy

Hi, all. Theresa posted a recipe in 12/14 for Almond Joy/Mounds Candy. I made the Mounds minus the chocolate layer. If you like coconut they are very good. I have to watch how much coconut I consume but they are nice to have if I want a sweet treat. I keep them in the freezer. I purchased a box of Oskri coconut bars at T.J. Maxx because they were on sale. They were good, too but I'd rather make my own.
