Thank you for your kind words, Tex!!!

I should probably specify: we all came down with gastrointestinal issues within the same year. My middle daughter had had chronic headaches since age four. No cause was ever found, nobody ever suggested gluten. But once she left away gluten, her chronic headaches just about disappeared. She still gets a headache once in a while, but now it is a rare occurrence.

My daughters and I are only glutenfree thanks to this wonderful forum. The pediatrician and my GI did the blood tests for celiac's disease and nothing showed up. But thanks to this forum we did the Enterolab tests and leaving away gluten improved everybody's symptoms. Obviously, we could have just left away gluten but I think it is helpful for my daughters to have the test results. If somebody tells them in school that "glutenfree is just a fad" (and yes, they have heard that several times) they can say that they were tested and nobody questions them after that.

Love,
Patricia
