I have never taken CoQ10, but I see that it is a vital antiocidant as we get older, so I thought I would give it a try.
I just wonder; what is the difference between Coenzyme Q10 Ubiquinone and Coenzyme Q10 Ubiquinol?

Ubiquinone is the oxidized form. Ubiquinol is the active form. If we take ubiquinone, our body converts it into ubiquionol so that it can be utilized by the body.
