Finally! Yeah!

Post by annie oakley »

Yessss...My unemployment showed up today. Finally. Went to the Surgeon for what was suppose to be my last check up but I had some tenderness around the device and hadn't got all the mobility he wanted (I am still working on it, it's slow going but there's improvement) so I have to see him in a month. But he gave me some meds for the arthritis. that isn't expensive. And he gave me a mild pain killer for bad days....Ultram. SO it was a good day. Hope ya'll had a great day. Love Oma

Congratulations on the unemployment finally coming through! It's the old adage, "All things come to she who waits." Bet you are feeling relieved. I am going back to my surgeon tomorrow for what I hope is my last visit. Then to the dentist for the temporary cap, finally.

The dentist is not my favorite Hazel....but a necessary thing huh? I was so happy to see the check that I sorta screamed yeah while my sil was dropping me home (we both had DR appts today) and scared her. So yes I am relieved somewhat. At least I will get something instead of nothing. I finally got out of my Funk and depression. Of course this board and all the people on it that give great support had alot to do with that. Love Oma

Oma,

That IS good news, cause it it has already lifted your spirits, and the better you feel, the more likely that more good things will happen.

Hi Oma. Maybe you will find it easier to get to sleep of a night now, with that off your mind.

Love

When you are use to that extra cheque coming in to help pay the bills it sure is missed when its not there.

But OH the relief when you finally get one back!!!

Get rid of the blues pretty quick, right?

It always amazes me though that by the time you get the money from being off sick, its almost time for you to go back to work, OR, as had happened to my ex, you were already back working for a few weeks by the time it finally comes in!!! Gotta love that paperwork!! I think that by the time we get all the paperwork done, we deserve some kind of medal!

Great news for you Oma!

Gentle hugs
