Donna,

I can't find where I read about Rosemary extract containing soy. But, I do know that the grocery stores 'clean' ground turkey that has it added, has never worked for me.
I never knew why, until I was reading on another site about the soy, and it made sense to me. I do react to soy even in the smallest form.

Linda,

I did some internet research on rosemary extract and found it to be used as an antioxidant. They have tested it in soybean oil to evaluate its effectiveness, but I can not find anything that states it has soy added to it. I would not discourage others from using ground turkey with rosemary extract, unless we can provide a reference that rosemary extract has soy. If you do find that information would you share it with us?

Thanks,
Donna

Hi, Everyone - I know this thread hasn't been posted on in a while, but I just came across it and wondered if someone might share their experience with me about buying Ground Turkey. I was using it freely, thinking it was gluten free. But having read your comments, now I'm not so sure...

Were you talking about small Deli packages of ground turkey possibly having gluten in them?

I buy the 3 or 5 lb. fresh ground turkey package of antibiotic free ground turkey. Is THAT safe?

Same question for fresh ground (Hamburger) Beef, if you don't mind?

Thanks!

I was referring to fresh ground turkey with rosemary extract. Does the ground turkey you buy have anything added? If not it should be okay.
