Well I got through last night OK. Took the 3 pills & drank the glass of Magnesium Citrate at about 7pm. Didn't get much sleep as a result. Am now on about 5th glass of swampwater. About 15 more to go

Having just gone through this 10 days ago, I can definitely relate. I HATE the swampwater! GRRRR! I hope you are able to do a little mind over matter and get through it quickly. It's almost over......YAY!

On My Husbands last Colonoscopy he drank a 6 oz bottle of something...can't remember the name but I will get it, he didn't have to drink all that swampwater as Liz calls it. Love Oma
