This has been the longest marathon of my life....and I know its not over. I still battle daily fatigue and my hormones are an issue. And I know I'll have flares here and there. But just keep going, do what you are capable of and trust in the process. We are all so different. Stress is huge for me. My silver lining is (besides the benefit of a healthier diet) I never would have found wonderful techniques to deal with stress without this disease. I would have let it mount and mount. It forced me to take care of myself first and set proper boundaries with people. Keep your chin up and give yourself lots of love.
