It does sound great, but the water is mostly starch & salt and if you're prone to gas from beans, as I am, the bean water might not work as it's hard to digest. 😟

Some of the legume would leach out into the brine, one would need to approach cautiously if one was sensitive to legumes. I'm sure for those of us who can't use this there will be something else.

But who would have imagined legume brine could look so pretty! :lol:
