OH, I had to tell U all this---went to Wild Oats--saw GLUTEN FREE cookies--(nana;s) bought the ginger & chocolate ones---and I must say they are delicious BUT
A *HALF* of this cookie contains--
180 calories
190 sodium
31 carbs.
10 sugars
20gr OTHER carbs.---what are other carbs??? sounding *dumb*
I cant eat 1/2 of a cookie!!!!
But they are so good that I am trying to do the 1/2 thing--
I have Lou hide the other 1/2 until I want it --
I luve Wild Oats---and the one by Deb is bigger than this one here in AZ!!!
Also bought these aromatherpy sprays---My goodness they are awesome-
one is frankincense&myrrh--sooooooo good
another called ROOTS--sandalwood--bergamot-essences of hazelnut and ladys mantle
last but not least is one called CHILL OUT (lol) witch hazel--oils of
peppermint cedarwood and bergamot
The bedroom *reeked* hahahah---but I sure slept like a log---
I think the frankincense/myrrh knocked me out cus I dont just SPRITZ---I SPRAyed the entire bed spread before I fell to sleep!!!
