Hi there I after my indulgence of two days ago I was left licking my wounds yesterday. I was visited by every pain I get all in one day. Are all my are all my pains synonymous with colitis? would really appreciate if you could take the time to give me your input.

(2)•Extreme left flank bottom of rib cage (Stitch / like something inside poking out)
(3)•Back left usually near bottom rib cage but can be as high as bottom shoulder (Dull Pain)
(4)•Central upper abdomen and at time higher up behind breast bone, (Sharp Pain / aggravated by eating)
(5)•Back just bellow level of shoulders and slightly left of centre . (Sharp Pain)
(6)• left of left nipple and right of right (spasm, this one is rare but has happened more than once)

It's impossible to say for sure, but based on my own experiences during years of reacting before I figured out the diet connection, it's very likely that those symptoms are all associated with your MC.

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
Thanks tex
Thanks for replying , guessing they are linked as I'm back to explosive D today, been without that for a while and all the pains have subsided. This is very strange. Almost seems like yesterday's pains were a warning of today's diarrhea .
I have found that this is true for me as well.....
As a matter of fact, it seems that there is something strange and new every couple of weeks. That's why I won't go to a Dr. Unless it is really bad and emergent. By the time any appt.s come up the problem most likely would be gone or something new is there.
Accepting of what is and being a silent "watcher" of my pain has helped mentally. Tough to do when your guts are writhing...

Thank You For your reply
Venessa what you just said is so true. It is always throwing up something new at you. I've booked a doctors appointment for one pain only for it to disappear and be replaced by something new by the time of appointment. It is very disconcerting and definitely effected me psychologically. Thanks for taking time to reply.
