what we (we being the group here) have been figuring out is that inflammation is an indicator of nutritional imbalances, which is why things like Vit D3, Magnesium has helped ALOT of people here for a variety of inflammation issues, gut, skin, hormones, etc
Humira and methotrexate are given for psoriatic arthritis to halt the progression of joint damage in the disease. Halting the progress of psoriatic arthritis gives patients a better quality of life, allows them to function normally and prevents further damage........
While this forum has been helpful, it's not a good idea to claim that VitD and Magnesium are the only ways forward. All of us must keep an open mind about conventional medicine and its place in our MC as well as the nutritional and the role of vitamins, trace elements and micro- nutrients.

agree
I do not claim that Vit D3 and magnesium are the only way forward, I do strongly recommend them as they are showing to be a cost efficient, no side effect, way for the body to heal and treat the root cause of many issues...
(and of note, majority of medications deplete magnesium so I encourage it moreso for those taking medications)
As someone with multiple AI issues - that were at one stage in bad chronic states where I could not work, methylation issues, and various other aspects of nutritional health were key to my wellness.
for new people here in MC world, early in the healing stages of MC, Vit D3 and magnesium seem to be the two things that majority of people can tolerate really well and they provide good bang for your buck help....
depending on what country you live in and the health system you are covered by, alot of medications are expensive and not readily available to all....
but it is not necessarily treating the root cause...or helping them to heal the damage that has been doneHalting the progress of psoriatic arthritis gives patients a better quality of life, allows them to function normally and prevents further damage.
