Which Shampoo

One quick question,

what shampoo are you guys using for washing the hair, or are you not using any shampoo at all?

I want to remove all possible triggers from my enviorement, but its hard to figure out the right shampoo etc. It seems almost any of
them have some ingredients that could be a problem like wheat, soy etc.

Does anyone know if surfactants should be avoided?

IF anyone got a good one to use, and its on amazon, i would really like to know.
