Jari, that coconut ice cream is wonderful, but I'm sad to say it's causing gas....I tried to ignore it yesterday, thinking and hoping it was something else. Tonight it was obvious. Crazy, there's just coconut in it basically. Oh well, I will just eat it when I'm desperate 😛! My body is still being stubborn!

Happy bird, going to try the smoothie, yum! Thanks for sharing!

Treese,
Look for a copy of Gluten-Free Living magazine. Full of great recipes to try. In each issue they chart recipes by what they are free of. Although a number of the baking recipes call for different types of flours, you could experiment with recipe-ready, one-to-one substitutions with GF flours such as King Arthur.

I have seen the magazine at the checkouts at Whole Foods. Then if you like it you can subscribe.

Love gluten free and more magazine, can't wait to try recipes when I'm ready!

Anyone tried the Daiya products? Just curious...
