Joan, I just had a bout of vertigo a few months ago (for the second time). I tried several different maneuvers and I think they helped some. Mostly I think it just had to run its course with me. It slowly improved over the course of a couple of months.

Thanks, glad you are better. I think the Epley Maneuver helped me, at least, so far. I just used one of the infographic hand out for patients I found on the web.
