Thanks Jen😊 Yeah I'm pretty careful about reading labels and even contacting companies when in doubt. And I posted that I was down to chicken breast, sweet potatoes and green beans to eat, none of which come from processed food. But thanks for the reminder.

Have upped both, Thanks Gabe :)

Also, have some hits on products I have used occasionally that may have cross contamination from the producers. Have been using John Freida Brilliant Brunette shampoo. The ingredients didnt' list anything I thought could be gluten, but I have found out they will not guarantee it, so that's in the trash. Also, Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizer is not on their list of gluten free products. So won't be using either of them any more. Suave shampoo seems to be ok, from what I've found, but I can't get a definitive answer. Will let you know as I do more investigation.

As I mentioned earlier in the discussion, I would look more closely at things like Soy and minimising your contact with that, via any foods, lip balms etc.

Ie, if you are having soy via cooking and using a moisturiser high in soy a few times a day, that is more likely to cause issues than shampoo that might have gluten that you are using every second day...
