Hi, I finally found a copy of my results from 2007. This is what it says:
"A,B) Bioposies of right and left colon: mild increased number of lymphocytes within colonic crypts and surface epithelium as well as some edema of the lamina propria; these changes are suggestive, although not diagnostic, for microscopic colitis and there is no evidence of collagenous colitis (clincial correlation is suggested in consideration of microscopic colitis."
Thanks so much.

MC diagnosed 2007
Well, that description basically means that your markers for MC were elevated above normal, but they were not high enough to meet the official diagnostic criteria. That can mean that you were either in an early stage of development where your markers were increasing as MC developed, or you were recovering, and your clinical markers were decreasing. Or it could mean that you have paucicellular lymphocytic colitis.
You're very welcome,
Tex

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.
