I was surfing last night and finally found some GF stuffed pasta (ravioli). Check out www.dietspec.com
They have meat or cheese-stuffed ravioli, cheese-stuffed ravioletti, and stuffed shells. Unfortunately, I can't eat them because of other triggers (dairy mainly) but I'll bet you can! You need to order $75 minimum of frozen foods, but it definitely might be worth it for the convenience of having these products. Let me know if you try them.

Great detective work!!! Cheese-stuffed ravioli - MMMMM! $75 is a lot, but once I clear my freezer out, I could probably go with a "stock up order" - $75 adds up pretty quickly for GF orders, I've found!
I am impressed with this company - I don't recall hearing about them before - they have food for kids w/PKU!! I'm tellin' ya - I think the market for food for specialized diets is only going to grow bigger over time...
I've made stuffed shells with GF shells - it's easy - but ravioli is another story...I've gotta go see what ravioletti (?) is....
