Hi all,
The trip up to NJ was 12 hours, we did in one day. I still had some pain but it was that my lower abdomen was tender to the touch, I wasn't doubled over.
The next day, I really wasn't feeling that great. By midafternoon the bathroom was calling me, it didn't start as D but ended up that way. After, we were going to see my children in NYC for my birthday. We got stuck in traffic at the George Washington Bridge, not a good thing if you have active CC. We made it over the bridge and I told my husband that we had to get to my daughters real quick or I was going to have an accident. I made it but spent sometime in her bathroom. At this point I was feeling really terrible. I took 2 immodium. We went to dinner, my dinner was allergy free thanks to my sous chef son knowing the chef at the restaurant. The rest of the night was uneventful but I felt terrible. Oh, we got a $60 parking ticket, a lot of cars did, it looked like good parking, good old NYC.
I still don't feel great, I'm back to 1 entocort every day instead of every other day and see how it goes.
The trip home this weekend we are doing in 2 days, hopefully it will be an eventful (CC) trip home.
Thanks for the birthday wishes and thanks for listening.
May we all have an allergy free Thanksgiving!!!!
Susanne
