Hi all I've been without diarrhea for about 5 days now but I got left hand side pains again , dull on my left mid back, with stitch like pains on side by bottom rib also dull pain in front from left of naval upwards, also my stools I noticed in last month or so when solid are not perfect cylinders but somewhat flattened of and lightish brown, OK the colour is acceptable but since my problems have started even my normal bowel movements didn't look right and I couldn't work out why, well I have today. My stools used to be darker and quite shiny smooth gloss finish, nowadays they are not as smooth looking, smaller , lighter colour but also MATT rather than gloss they used to be. Just to add to my worries today my pee has gone a clear white.
I don't like change its worrying.
Advice on pains and other symptoms please

that is great that the D has stopped, pain wise and poop colour/size etc, is an indication that there is still some inflammation occurring.
Also keep in mind that it takes weeks/months for the gut to heal, once most triggers are stopped.
if you are fixing Vit D3 deficiency etc it can take 8 weeks or more of high doses to fix that deficiency. Vit D3 is needed to manage inflammation levels.
my advice, breathe, dont overthink things. Stick with the bland low inflammation eating plan,
I think we talked about this a few weeks ago in another post. while we are healing etc, the poop can change day to day. there are a variety of things that can affect it. most of all, stress is not our friend.
clear urine is good, it means that you are drinking lots of water and the urine is not as concentrated...
