Hope everyone had a great Turkey Day! Took my dad out for a fancy dinner. The place does a great job with gluten free items but....I tried some broccoli that had been sautéed in some spices and clearly garlic was one of them. It is one of my red foods. Took one bite and instantly knew it. Good news is that I had a bit of a pain in my gut the next day, one bout of watery D and now back to normal!

Yes Tex, I think you're right! I have been consistently normal for almost a year now. Hard to believe, given where I started from!
