I'm very greatful for all the recent support from everyone I am very appreciative, you've all picked me up from some real lows . Despite nose bleed problems I've had my best bowel week in 3 months .
I have a question. What can you tell me from my IgA. I've spotted it in one of my lab results of a little while back. I though it was either to do with celiac or gluten intolerance, or maybe I'm wrong?

That depends on the type of IgA test, so we would need to know more information about the test. It could have been an immunoglobulin A test to rule out selective IgA deficiency, or it could have been a blood test to detect anti-gliadin antibodies (for celiac disease), or it could possibly have been something else. If it was a celiac screening blood test, those tests are usually a combination test for both IgA and IgG antibodies.
To interpret a test result, we would need to know the name of the test, the result, and the normal range for that test at the particular lab that performed the test.

That sounds like a test to rule out selective IgA deficiency, and the normal range you listed would match that test, also. With a reading of 1.8 g/L, your immune system is producing normal amounts of IgA, so it seems to be working just fine.
