Struggle to find Lingual D3 in UK , any advice please

Post by Jimbo1968 »

Hi I've been taking D3 5000iu and Chelated Magnesium as advised and either it's been a coincidence or my pains have got better. However I'm taking conventional tablet D3 as struggling to find any lingual tablets , which i understand are much quicker and better absorbed, I have found liquid D3 though. Is liquid better absorbed, if not can anyone advice me of a supplier and / or make of lingual tablets remembering I'm in the UK please. Thank you as always

Jim,

Liquid D3 should have the same potential for enhanced absorptivity as sublingual lozenges. That said, I have always used the conventional oral forms of vitamin D3 in tablets or capsules, and I find that they work very effectively for me. Just be careful that they do not contain soy (or anything else to which you might be sensitive).

It is suspected that some of the hardest material known to science can be found in the skulls of GI specialists who insist that diet has nothing to do with the treatment of microscopic colitis.

I like Biotics Research Corporation's Bio-D-Mulsion Forte. It is gluten and dairy free. Contains water, gum arabic (?), and sesame seed oil.
