Wow Vitamin D3 & Magnesium have made such a difference

Post by Jimbo1968 »

I haven't been on for a while so I thought I'd do a quick update. I have had the best two weeks since the start of my problems, I put this down to Vitamin D3 and magnesium (I'm not dreading visits to toilet half as much), also my psoriasis has got much better in the same time period , I feel this is definitely down to D3, neither the use if methotrexate or steroid creams had ever made such a difference in such a short period of time, and the change has happened during a traditionally bad time of year for psoriasis without the use of any medications. I have also got much better with my diet, making my own foods rather than pre made meals. (Not as bad as I thought). I've also done a food intolerance blood test which was rather pricey (£200 inc consultation) I'm awaiting the results.
I really am very greatful for all the advice and help I've received from you good people, you've lifted me from some real lows since I signed up , thank you very very much Jim

Hi Jim......

Well done for all the positive changes and progress. Keep it going!

You mention you did some tests - which tests did you do? I did the York test recently.

Jim,

Thank you for the update. That's the kind of update that lifts everyone's spirits.

Cooking is extra work, but it is so worth it because it helps us to recover much faster. I hope that your progress continues.

Hi, Jim. That is awesome news. Thanks for sharing! It is so helpful to newbies to share what works for us. I found that my hair stopped falling out when I started taking the Vitamin D3 and magnesium gel at bedtime helped me to sleep through the night. Best wishes on your journey toward health.

Hi Jim......

I just want to say you can add magnesium rich foods to your diet, providing of course you don't react to them. I buy the Nutri Products Raw Cacao Powder and Chia Seeds from Amazon. Nutri Peroducts website has recipes and ideas for using the products : http://www.nutrisuperfoods.com/

My favourite daily Fix of magnesium :
1 cup of hot Rice or Almond milk (heated in microwave or cold)
1 teaspoon of Raw Cacao powder
3 teaspoons of Chia Seeds
honey to sweeten
Mix it all up - this is a magnesuiun rich drink which is satisfying hot or cold.
When I make it from chilled Rice milk its easier to blend all the ingredients in a small blender or smoothie maker type gadget.
