Rash on eyes

Hey guys!

Been lurking around. Doing well and wanting to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!

I have a flaky dry rash on my eyelids and under my eyes. It looks red and swollen. Doesn't itch or hurt. Just looks bad and is dry. What is also weird is it will be one eye one week and then switch eyes?

I don't think it is my make-up as I go for days without any and rash remains. No new products either. I use GF, SF, organic make-up (at least I hope). My acupuncturist mentioned she had this before and it was a Biotin deficiency. Has anyone else had any experience with this? Off the anxiety meds (the sky did not fall!) and everything else seems to be in place except for this darn fatigue....ah well progress not perfection. I'll take it!

Merry Christmas to you and your family...

It could still be chemicals/soy in your make up. A bit like how we can years with next to no/minimal symptoms and them BAM the MC bear wakes and things are chronic. It can be the same with our skin.
Since my MC journey started, I have not been able to use any eye make up (not just the soy, various alcohols/chemicals etc) especially in mascara, eye liner etc

I supplement with Biotin, namely to help zinc absorption (related to pyrrolle etc)
